Health Guarantee
We are committed to health, transparency, and responsible breeding. Every kitten leaves our program healthy at the time of transfer,
and our guarantee is designed to be straightforward and fair.
Veterinary Exam Requirement
- A veterinary exam is provided before transfer to validate the guarantee.
- All veterinary care and costs after transfer are the adopter’s responsibility.
Genetic & Congenital Coverage
- Coverage applies to qualifying fatal congenital/genetic defects for up to 1 year from the date of transfer.
- If loss occurs due to a qualifying defect, a necropsy is required for confirmation.
Important: All payments are non-refundable. Our guarantee provides a qualifying replacement (when applicable) for loss confirmed as congenital/genetic issues.
Infectious Disease Notes
- Parents are screened and the kitten is healthy at transfer.
- FeLV/FIV/FIP guarantee is limited to 1 month in single pet household/ 7 days in multi-pet household.
What Voids the Guarantee
- Declawing voids the guarantee (strongly discouraged).
- Failure to complete the veterinary exam within the required timeframe may void coverage.
Stress & Transition
Moving to a new home can cause mild, temporary symptoms (sneezing, diarrhea, constipation). We recommend keeping the same food for the first week and ensuring hydration.
Minor stress-related symptoms are not covered under the guarantee.
