We partner with Trupanion to provide 30 days of medical coverage to help protect your kitten during the important transition into a new home. As part of our health program, activation is required. Activation is risk-free and there is no cost to activate (NY residents have a state-specific exception).

Maine Residents

  • 50% payout for the first 30 days
  • $0 deductible
  • No payout limits
  • If continuing after 30 days, you may select any payout percentage (up to 90%)

New York Residents

  • NY requires payment for the first month of coverage
  • You may choose any deductible ($0–$1000)
  • Immediate coverage still applies
  • You may decide whether to continue after 30 days

Activation must be completed no earlier than 24 hours before and no later than 24 hours after your kitten goes home.

If you have any trouble activating online, call immediately. If the activation window is missed due to an online issue, the offer cannot be backdated.
