We’re a family-run cattery founded in 2010. I (Tammy) and my husband Jim are in East Tennessee, with our daughter Beth in Ft. Wayne, Indiana, and close family partners. Because several of us care for cats in our own homes, our kittens grow up underfoot—hearing everyday sounds, meeting people, and learning family rhythms.
Healthy parents, healthy kittens. All SMMC breeding adults are screened for key hereditary conditions (HCM, PKD, SMA). Parents are also FeLV/FIV negative. Every kitten sees our veterinarian and goes home with age-appropriate care per our contract.
See our Health & Testing Standards.
Most go home closer to 10 weeks if ready; sometimes a little later based on individual needs.
All placements are pet-only. Spay/neuter is required per contract, and we do basic vetting.
Pick up in East Tennessee or Ft. Wayne, Indiana. We coordinate within our family to get your kitten to the best location. Seasonal airline shipping may be possible when routes/temps allow (fee applies).

Do you sell breeding rights?
No—kittens are pet-only with required spay/neuter.
When can my kitten go home?
Usually around 10 weeks if ready; sometimes up to 12 weeks.
How do 1st/2nd picks work?
We accept two pre-reservations per litter. After birth, 1st pick chooses, then 2nd pick. If no match, you may choose from other available kittens before public posting.
Pickup locations?
East Tennessee or Ft. Wayne, IN. Ask about seasonal shipping.
What health testing?
Parents are screened for HCM, PKD, SMA and are FeLV/FIV negative. See Health & Testing.
