How it works: 3 options

1. Complete a free entry (application). 
2. Returning SMMC family, use Fast-Track.
3. Optionally get extra entries by buying supporter tickets or by sending free usps mail-in entries (see below). Entries are identical in weight.

• We will vet all entries for animal welfare. Approved entries become Finalists.
• We will run a random live drawing from finalist entries and announce and contact the winner.

Free Mail-In Entries (AMOE)

1. You may send additional entries by mail at no cost. Each valid mail-in equals one (1) entry, same as a purchased ticket.
2. How: Hand-print on a 3″×5″ card your full name, mailing address, city, state, ZIP, email, phone, date of birth, and the statement: “I have read and agree to the Official Rules of the Smoky Mountain Holiday Kitten Drawing.” Sign and date the card. Mail in a first-class stamped envelope to:

• One (1) card per envelope. No metered or bulk mail.
• Postmarked by Dec 10, 2025, received by Dec 15, 2025.
• Entries must match your application identity (same name/address/email/phone).
• Household limit: up to 2 entrants per household.
• If you insist on unlimited: You may mail as many as you wish; we accept up to 5 per postmarked day per person to ensure fair processing.
